My girls were obsessed with these Coconut Ringsicle popsicles this past summer! I developed the recipe with my youngest and it became our go-to, refreshing and healthy summer treat. Offering pureed fruit in a popsicle is a great way to get little ones on board with new fruits and interested in food prep. It’s also hydrating and cooling - super helpful especially during the hotter months. Hope you enjoy!

Fun tip: try using different popsicle molds* like these silicone Zoku popsicle kits that are super easy to clean and come in the most whimsical, kid-sized character shapes.
