Looking for a quick snack or a fun school lunch box idea that also brings the family together? These colorful Veggie Wrap Pinwheels are easy to prepare and a great way to involve your little one in the kitchen. Quick, tasty, and full of fresh ingredients make healthy eating feel like playtime!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Mommy and Me Cashew Dip or hummus
  • 1 10-inch tortilla wrap
  • 1 tablespoon shredded carrots, steamed or sautéed
  • 1 tablespoon chopped spinach
  • 1 tablespoon julienned cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon mixed julienned peppers
  • 1 tablespoon sliced avocado

Instructions

  1. Spread the Mommy and Me Cashew Dip evenly over the surface of the tortilla.
  2. Layer the vegetables evenly over the top.
  3. Roll up the tortilla tightly from one edge to form a log shape.
  4. Slice the rolled wrap into approximately 1-inch pinwheels.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

Keep leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container for up to one day.
