The recipe for these no-bake protein bites was created by my dietetic intern, Katie Clarkson, inspired by her high school daughter, a competitive swimmer who needed quick, nourishing fuel between school and the pool.
Packed with protein, healthy fats, and fiber, they’re the perfect grab-and-go snack for powering through afternoon practices or competitions. Easy to make and even easier to love—these bites will keep athletes (and busy teens) energized and satisfied for hours.
